Responsibilities of the B2B Customer Care Associate:

  • Assist in executing customer care and sales strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads and follow up in person with our customers.
  • Utilize customer insights to identify trends, target audiences, and growth opportunities.
  • Support sales growth through lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up efforts.
  • Connect with potential customers, guiding them through the entire sales cycle.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, contributing to effective CRM management.
  • Monitor and report metrics, providing valuable insights and improvement suggestions.
  • Assist with tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing documentation.
